Across eleven months, Circles of Strength brings together a unique combination of Open Masterclasses with an IFS All Stars line-up of internationally respected Senior Lead Trainers and Closed Integration Groups designed for reflection, exploration, and deeper integration.

Now entering its fifth year, a Circles of Strength group offers something often missing after formal training: a safe, supportive, and well-held community in which learning, connection, and integration can continue to unfold over time.

The Rhythm

Circles of Strength follows a simple and spacious rhythm across eleven months.
One Friday each month, participants meet live online via Zoom for a 90-minute session.
Each Open Masterclass is followed the following month by a Closed Integration Group, creating space for reflection, exploration and deeper integration of the teaching.
This alternating rhythm allows participants to move between inspiration and embodiment throughout the year.
